MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
 
Ingredients:
125 g chocolate
125 g sugar
125 g butter
80 g of flour
2 spoonfuls of baking powder
3 eggs
50 g walnuts (optional)




 
Preparation
Melt the chocolate with some water in the microwave. Melt the butter. Sieve the flour. Beat the eggs. Mix the chocolate, the butter and the eggs. Add the sugar, the flour, the baking powder and the walnuts. Pour the mixture in a big bowl previously greased with butter. Cover it with plastic wrap and make some holes with a toothpick. Place it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool. Remove it from the bowl and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
